Tariff for enforcement cases

– In legal representation protection and support enforcement case for all actions the minimum wage is 2% of the amount of debt, but not less than 250 levs, plus additional remuneration for participation in individual enforcement actions or appeal to the court action contractor.

– To study the debtor’s assets and the formation of an enforcement action without other commitments – 100 levs plus 50 levs for each requested enforcement action against a specific set of debtor’s assets

– For personal involvement of the lawyer in the enforcement actions – 150 Levs of an enforcement action

– For the preparation of private complaints challenging of the actions of enforcement agent – 200 levs, and when the appeal is addressed in open session – 350 levs – for a meeting, plus 150 lev for each subsequent meeting.

– In legal representation protection and assistance in enforcement cases, which have the object or putting a vacation property – 2% based on the value of the property;

Upon collection by the creditor of the bailiff approved by a lawyer in the enforcement proceedings, it is due to the lawyer of the creditor as additional remuneration resulting from the date of payment by the bailiff to the creditor for the full repayment of the debt enforcement proceedings.

These fees are independent of the contracting action on production orders for which charges should apply to civil cases.

When assigning actions simultaneously and on executing production the contracting authority discount of 10% of the minimum wage for each procedure.

Specified in this tariff fees apply accidental assignment of participation in the enforcement process and do not apply to contracts for subscription services or contracts for debt collection.
